What to do if You Have Gotten Locked Out of Your Cloud Session
Putting in the wrong username and/or password too many times can result on your account being locked for security reasons.
If this happens, don’t panic. It will unlock in 15 minutes from the last time you put in the incorrect information. If you are sure of your username and/or password and perhaps just typed in wrong, just wait 15 minutes and try again.
Type in your username and password carefully to be sure you have typed it in correctly and you should be good to go.
