This post is to inform you that your IT Support Company, Helptech Group Inc., has implemented a new Trouble Ticket system. This was implemented to better serve you and be more responsive.

Here, you will be able to describe the problem(s) that have arisen. Please provide as much detail as possible in the ticket so we may best assist you. In addition, please categorize the type of support needed, ranging from: Communications, General, Hardware, Network, New Employee, etc.

If you believe your computer requires serious attention, remote support is available. With remote access, we are able to diagnose most computer problems and solve them with the push of a button. Be sure to submit a help ticket to or call the office at 703-496-5090, option 2, before clicking on the Helptech Support icon (blue globe with white cross) on your desktop. We will reply to you in a timely fashion to set up the remote access session.

Fast and effective response time is our motto.

In addition, please update your employee contact information. Information to be included should contain: Given Name, Company Phone Number, and Company Email. An alternate phone number and email are suggested to be included in your contact information. These two would only be used in an emergency.
